INFINITI Tax Deduction

Save for 2023

Buying, financing, or leasing new or used INFINITI models for your business can come with many benefits. In addition to amazing luxury and technology, your business could also enjoy a special tax deduction.

Under the 2023 Section 179 deduction, your business won’t have to write-off deductions over time. Instead, businesses can deduct from their income the full purchase price of qualifying software and equipment purchased or financed during the tax year. This tax code functions as one of the few government incentives left available for small businesses.

What Are The Limits To Section 179?

To ensure only small and medium-sized businesses use this tax code deduction for 2023, Section 179 allows a maximum of $1,160,000 to be written off (an increase of $80,000 from 2022). Once a business has spent over $2,800,000, the deduction will phase out on a dollar-for-dollar basis. Thus, the entire deduction will go away once $3,780,000 in purchases has been reached.

Who Qualifies For Section 179?

To qualify for the 2023 Section 179 deduction, your business must have purchased, financed or leased new or used business equipment during the tax year. This includes select business-use vehicles. At INFINITI Milwaukee, the INFINITI QX80 and QX60 are both accepted for this code. The vehicle or equipment must have been used for business purposes over 50% of the time.

The monetary amount you’ll be eligible for can be found by multiplying cost of equipment or vehicle by the percentage of business use.
